A RENOVATION AND NEW BUILD PROPERTY

A small development consisting of a one large four bedroom new build property and a complete renovation to a 300 year old cottage, with an 80% extension built around it. This small development came with a number of difficulties, including party wall acts and conservation restraint's. We managed to mitigate them well, whilst keeping one hand on cost at the same time. Both properties sold almost straight away when put to market.
