RENOVATION AND CONVERSION IN BRIXHAM

We were recommended and asked to sympathetically renovate and convert this 200 year old, three story property into three separate entities. One commercial unit at ground level and two domestic dwellings on the 1st and 2nd floor. The client wanted to keep many heritage features within the building and we did our very best to meet this criteria. Our client was also interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable build process, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project is set to be completed within the coming month's and currently under budget.
